Why was my EFT payment returned?
If your EFT payment status is “returned”, it may be due to the recipient’s account being suspended, closed or otherwise not in good standing.
If the transaction was an incoming payment , it may have been returned due to insufficient funds in the payor’s account. Once the funds are available in their account, you can resubmit your payment to receive your funds. How to resubmit a returned EFT payment
