How do I create an alert?
If your company has added BMO Alerts, you can create your own customized ones. Here’s how:
- In Online Banking for Business, select the Administration tab.
- Under “Alerts”, select the service you want to create alerts for.
- Find the relevant alert and choose to receive it by Email or Text message.
- Select Save Changes.
You’ve successfully created your alert.
Want to opt out of text messages?
Either reply “STOP” to any BMO alert text you receive or simply follow the steps above and uncheck Text message for the alerts you no longer want to receive by text.
