How do I reset a user's RSA SecurID PIN?

As an administrator, you can easily reset the PIN for another user’s RSA SecurID hard or soft token. Here’s how:  

  1. In Online Banking for Business, select the Administration tab.  
  2. Under “User Management”, choose Manage Users.  
  3. Select the User ID of the relevant user.  
  4. At the end of the “User Information” section, choose Manage SecurID.  
  5. Select Reset PIN.  
  6. Choose the token that you want to reset the RSA SecurID PIN for and select Apply.  
    Note: Check the token serial number to make sure you have the correct one. How to find token serial numbers 
  7. Once you’re ready, select Save Changes.  
  8. When prompted, confirm your identity with 2-step verification. What is 2-step verification?  

You’ve successfully reset the user’s RSA SecurID PIN.  

The next time the user needs to use their RSA SecurID token, they’ll be prompted to create a new RSA SecurID PIN.
