Where do I begin?

To access the ACH Payments service, select the Payments & Receivables tab in Online Banking for Business.
 

1. Create your ACH payment

2. Approve your ACH payment

To help protect against fraud, users can't approve their own payments. You need at least one other approver who must confirm their identity using one of our 2-step verification methods before the funds are released. To avoid missing payment deadlines, we highly recommend that approvers set up their 2-step authentication method right away.

That’s it! You’ve set up your first ACH payment. You can find it in Online Banking for Business by selecting the Payments & Receivables tab and, under "ACH", choosing Manage Payments.
