How do I edit a BMO DepositEdge user?

Editing BMO DepositEdge users is simple. Here’s how:

  1. In Online Banking for Business, choose the Administration tab.
  2. Under “User Management”, select Manage Users.
  3. Next to the user you want to edit, click the down arrow and select Modify User.
  4. Select the Service tab.
  5. Next to “BMO DepositEdge”, select Modify.
    Note: If the user is assigned to a group, their service access is determined by the group and can’t be edited at the user level. You can edit the group settings, or remove this user from the group. How to edit user groups
  6. Under “Role Entitlements”, select the role you want the user to play. User roles for BMO DepositEdge
  7. Select if the user should receive email alerts for all deposits. 
  8. When you’ve made the desired changes, select Apply.
  9. Complete your edits by clicking Save Changes.
