How do I delete a BMO DepositEdge user?

Deleting BMO DepositEdge users is simple. Here’s how:

  1. In Online Banking for Business, choose the Administration tab.
  2. Under “User Management”, select Manage Users.
  3. Next to the user you want to remove from BMO DepositEdge, click the down arrow and select Modify User.
  4. Select the Service tab.
  5. Next to “BMO DepositEdge”, select Remove.
  6. Confirm by clicking Yes, Remove.
    Note: If the user is assigned to a group, their service access is determined by the group and can’t be edited at the user level. You can edit the group settings, or remove this user from the group. How to edit user groups
  7. Complete your edits by clicking Save Changes.

You've successfully deleted a BMO DepositEdge user.
