How do I delete an Interac e-Transfer recipient?

If you no longer need recipients in your list, you can delete them. Here’s how:

  1. In Online Banking for Business, click the Payments & Receivables tab.
  2. Under “Account Transfer”, select Interac Settings.
  3. Next to the recipient you want to remove, select Actions and then Delete.
  4. To confirm your choice, select Complete.

You’ve successfully deleted your recipient. Note: This won’t affect e-Transfers or money requests that have already been sent out.
