How do I reset a user’s BMO Passcode PIN? 

As an administrator, you can reset a user’s BMO Passcode PIN. Here’s how:

  1. In Online Banking for Business, select the Administration tab.
  2. Under “User Management”, choose Manage Users.
  3. Select the User ID of the relevant user.
  4. At the end of the “User Information” section, under BMO Passcode, select Reset PIN.
  5. When the popup appears, choose Reset PIN.
  6. Select Save Changes.
  7. When prompted, please confirm your identity using 2-step verification (also known as secondary authentication). What is 2-step verification?

You’ve successfully reset the user’s BMO Passcode PIN.
