Why was my EFT payment rejected?

If your EFT payment status is “rejected”, it may be due to insufficient funds in your funding account. 

Rejections may also be due to errors, such as an incorrect account number. Any errors will be highlighted in the “Trace Payment” window so you can correct them and resubmit your payment. How to correct a rejected EFT payment
