Viewing Lockbox items
Lockbox items can be accessed by following these steps:
- Under the Payments & Receivables menu item, select Wholesale Lockbox Imaging
- Select your UserID and continue to sign in to the Lockbox module with your user name and password.
- To search for images of Lockbox documents, click Images on the navigation bar or Transaction Images on the left side Main Menu from the Lockbox’s Home Page. The Transaction Images screen will be displayed.
- There are five search tabs: Cheque, Invoice, Custom, Transaction, and Intra-Day. These tabs allow you to search the Lockbox for specific transaction images and information. Cheque is the default tab showing when you click on the Transaction Images link.
Note: The first time you access Wholesale Lockbox Imaging, you will be prompted to enter your UserID to register. You will then be prompted to re-enter your UserID and password. On all future visits, simply select your UserID from the dropdown list.
