How do I switch my paper account statements to eStatements?
 

As an Administrator or Primary Customer Advisor (PCA), you can register your company for Account eStatements in Online Banking for Business. How to register for Account eStatements.

Once registered, you can switch your accounts to eStatements. Here’s how:

  1. In Online Banking for Business, select the Account Information tab.
  2. Under "eStatements", select Account Statements.
  3. Select the Statement Settings tab.
  4. Check the box next to accounts you want to switch to eStatements.
  5. Under “Bulk Actions” at the bottom of the page, select Switch to eStatements.
    Note: To switch shared or third-party accounts to eStatements, please contact your BMO representative.

Your accounts have now been switched to eStatements. You can find your eStatements under the “Account Statements” tab.

To revert back to paper statements, follow the same steps and choose Switch to Paper Statements.
