How do I modify a user? 

Primary Customer Administrators (PCAs) and Admins can easily modify other Admin and User profiles. Here’s how:   

 

 

  1. In Online Banking for Business, choose the Administration tab. 
  2. Under “User Management”, select Manage Users. 
  3. Select the user you want to modify.  
  4. Next to the section you want to change, select Modify. 
    Note: To unlock a locked user, switch the Security toggle at the top of the page and select “Yes, unlock user” to confirm. 
  5. When you’ve made your changes, select Save Changes. 
    Note: All users must have a mobile number saved in the “Contact Information” section of their profile, before you can save any other changes. What if my user doesn’t have a mobile number?
  6. When prompted, confirm your identity with your preferred 2-step verification method.  What is 2-step-verification

You’ve successfully modified an Online Banking for Business Admin or User.
