How do I reset a user’s password? 

Primary Customer Administrators (PCAs), Admins and Users can reset their own passwords from the Sign In page by selecting Reset PasswordHow to reset my password

Note: When resetting your own password, you'll need to verify your identity with a one-time passcode that we sent to you by text or voice call. Please ensure you have a valid mobile or work phone number saved in your profile. How to add or update your phone number 

As a PCA or Admin, you can reset a user's password for them. Here’s how:

  1. In Online Banking for Business, select the Administration tab.
  2. Under “User Management”, choose Manage Users.
  3. Next to the Admin or User, select the down arrow and choose Reset Password.
  4. Select Yes, Reset.

When prompted, confirm your identity with 2-step verification.  What is 2-step verification? 

You’ve successfully reset this user’s password. The user will receive reset instructions and a temporary password via email.
