How do I generate an RSA SecurID passcode?
If you’re asked for a SecurID passcode, here’s how you generate one:
Soft token
- In Online Banking for Business, select the 2-step verification option RSA SecurID.
Note: Skip this step if you only use RSA SecurID.
- Open your RSA SecurID software or app.
- Enter your PIN and select the arrow button.
- Copy the passcode into Online Banking for Business before it expires.
- Select Continue.
Hard token
- In Online Banking for Business, select the 2-step verification option RSA SecurID.
Note: Skip this step if you only use RSA SecurID.
- Enter your PIN immediately followed by the 6 digits displayed on your hard token.
- Select Continue.
