How do I remove an alert? 

You can delete your alerts anytime. Here's how:

  1. In Online Banking for Business, select the Administration tab.
  2. Under "Alerts", select the service you want to remove alerts for.
  3. Next to the relevant alert, set "Send Alerts" to No
  4. At the bottom of the page, select Save Changes.

You've successfully deleted your alerts.

You won't receive this type of alert anymore. To reactivate your alert, simply set “Send Alerts” back to Yes.
