How do I remove an alert?  

You can delete your alerts anytime. Here's how:

  1. In Online Banking for Business, select the Administration tab.
  2. Under "Alerts", select the service you want to remove alerts for.
  3. Next to the relevant alert, uncheck Email and/or Text message. At the bottom of the page, select Save Changes.
  4. You've successfully removed your alerts and won't receive them anymore.

Note: You can also opt out of BMO alert text messages by replying "STOP" on your mobile phone after receiving one.
