How do I download reports using File Transfer Facility (FTF)?
You can download reports for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Digital Cheque Service and Lockbox using File Transfer Facility (FTF). Here’s how:
- In Online Banking for Business, select Payments & Receivables.
- Under “File Transfer Facility”, select Received Files.
- Choose the report you want and select Search.
- On the results page, choose the report and select Download.
Your report is being downloaded to your computer.
