What should I do if don’t get my RSA SecurID soft token installation emails?

Before installing your RSA SecurID soft token, you should have received these 2 notification emails from Services.Security@bmo.com:

  • “[PROTECT] Your BMO Soft Token: Installation File”
  • “[PROTECT] Your BMO Soft Token: Import Password”

Because these emails contain sensitive information, they’ll direct you to the secure BMO Message Center, where you can read them in full. To do that, you’ll need to register for a Message Center account. Simply enter an email address and choose a password, then select Sign In.

If you don’t see the RSA SecurID installation emails in your regular inbox, here’s what you can try:

  • Check your spam folder.
  • Ask your Online Banking for Business administrator to see if the emails were sent directly to them.
  • Confirm that the email address in your Online Banking for Business profile is up to date. If your email address is incorrect, ask your administrator to update your profile for you. After your email address has been updated, please contact our Technical Help Desk to have the emails resent to you.
