How do I upload a file using the File Transfer Facility (FTF) service?
The File Transfer Facility is a fast, easy and secure way to exchange files with us. Here’s how to use it:
- In Online Banking for Business, select the Payments & Receivables tab.
- Under “File Transfer Facility”, select Send Files.
- Choose the type of file you’re sending.
- Select the Browse icon to find and select your file, then select Send File.
- When prompted, confirm your identity with your preferred secondary authentication option. What is secondary authentication?
Your file is now uploading. Once the upload is complete, please note the Tracking ID.
To check the status of your file, select Transmission Summary.
