What should I do if my scanner stops working?

If your DepositEdge scanner isn’t working, there are a few things you can try:

  • Clean your scanner with a cleaning card or compressed air to avoid dust and MICR ink buildup.
  • Restart your computer.
  • Unplug your scanner and plug it back in.
  • Plug your scanner into a different USB slot.

If you’ve tried these and your scanner still isn’t working, please review the troubleshooting section of the user guide that came with it. If you can’t find an answer there, please contact our  Technical Help Desk.
