How do I enable or disable an RSA SecurID token?
As an administrator, you can enable or disable a user?s SecurID token. Here?s how:
- In Online Banking for Business, select the Administration tab.
- Under ?User Management?, choose Manage Users.
- Next to the relevant user, select Modify User from the dropdown menu.
- In the ?Security Settings? section under ?SecurID Settings?, select Manage SecurID.
- From the ?Select Action? dropdown, choose Enable or Disable.
- Check the tokens you want to enable or disable and select Apply.
Note: For hard tokens, please make sure that the serial number matches the one on the back of the device.
- Select Save Changes.
