How do I generate an RSA SecurID passcode?

If you’re asked for a SecurID passcode, here’s how you generate one:

Soft token

  1. In Online Banking for Business, select the 2-step verification option RSA SecurID
    Note: Skip this step if you only use RSA SecurID.
  2. Open your RSA SecurID software or app.
  3. Enter your PIN and select the arrow button.
  4. Copy the passcode into Online Banking for Business before it expires.
  5. Select Continue.

Hard token

  1. In Online Banking for Business, select the 2-step verification option RSA SecurID.
    Note: Skip this step if you only use RSA SecurID.
  2. Enter your PIN immediately followed by the 6 digits displayed on your hard token.
  3. Select Continue.
